Over twenty years ago, Paul and Andy shared a vision of what they wanted from their legal careers. They decided to open a general practice firm, together, in their hometown of Huntington.
Paul and Andy wanted to create an atmosphere where they would provide the quality and sophistication of a large firm and the efficient responsiveness of a small practice.
Paul Craco represents purchasers, sellers and lenders in real estate acquisition, development. Refinancing and other transactions. His practice also includes representation of landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions and disputes.
Mr. Craco also focuses his practice on business, civil and real estate litigation. He has litigated complex cases in both federal and state court through all phases, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice and preparation for trial, arbitration and mediation, trial and appeal.
He is a member of the New York and Suffolk County Bar Associations. He is also a long serving member of the YMCA of Long Island Board and has served as a board member and volunteer in numerous other charities and community service groups.

A seasoned estate litigator and past co-chair of the Suffolk County Surrogate's Court Committee, Mr. Ellsworth represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in Surrogate's Courts throughout the New York metropolitan area. He handles all manner of proceedings relating to trusts and estates, including will and trust contests, contested accountings and discovery proceedings.
Another part of Mr. Ellsworth's practice is estate and long term care planning. He counsels clients with drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, healthcare proxies, powers of attorney and other estate planning documents.
Mr. Ellsworth also assists clients seeking Medicaid eligibility and planning for individuals.
